SpaSimAgent Overview
SpaSimAgent provides an AI-assisted framework for simulating spatial transcriptomics (SRT) data with high realism and flexibility. It supports reference-based, reference-free, and single-cell RNA-seq–based simulation, explicitly modeling gene–gene co-expression and generating paired histological images. The package integrates a natural language interface for intuitive and reproducible simulation control, and includes application-oriented features such as gene masking within spatial domains. SpaSimAgent enables scalable, efficient, and multimodal simulation of spatial transcriptomics data.
